Business Agreement Terms
Once we're on the same page with your requirements, we'll provide you with our business terms, outlining our mutual obligations, fees, and replacement policies. Return the signed terms to start the official hiring process.

We'll assign a dedicated consultant to work on your search, utilizing various tools to identify and approach suitable candidates. Throughout the process, your consultant will keep you updated on the search progress and market feedback.
Talent Shortlisting Stage

Our interview process typically consists of 2 to 3 rounds, with additional rounds for more senior positions. As part of our onboarding support, we assist both Omani national candidates and expatriates in gathering the necessary documents, while facilitating communication between them and your HR team. Our team is also available to provide guidance to candidates throughout the process.
